We don't see each other often but when there's a get together invites, some showed up, some don't, because of busy schedules and other priorities. But this time, is an extra special. Leo and Edlen and Geraldyn, showed up. Hello, it's been awhile since we last met. Oh well, let me check our history photos: our last meeting was on our Christmas dinner in 2015.

Why Coffee Bean?

Hmmmp.. Somebody's collecting stamps for Coffee Bean 2018 Planner. Just wanna share this, on my way to the meeting place, I saw this post of Kris Aquino in IG and this made me smile. I remembered, I got my first ever Starbucks Planner in 2011 and little did I know, I've been collecting it already every year up to 2016. It stopped in 2017 because there's no more coffee invites in 2016s. Now, I think this is a fresh start. New coffee, new planner? This is my first time here. Well, let's see! Go for the gold. LOL!

A Birthday Celeb in Giligan's

For some reason, I think this was the most memorable moment of my life. Hey, t'was my birthday. I've celebrated it with friends that I don't go out with everyday. T'was really a fun night. We talked about memories, happy and bad and of course, the people we knew.

By the way, someone in the mall approached me to apply for a citibank credit card, in exchange of an umbrella. Because of it, I grabbed the opportunity to own an umbrella for FREE! Hahaha.. Cheap, I know but this made me smile.

I also able to claim my first ever free slice of classic chocolate cake from Stabucks that I've missed for the past 3 years. So sweet! Laveet!

The Tagaytay Trip 2015

Planning of going out of town has kinda been part of the discussions for the couple of meetings already. Trying to please everyone's schedule but still it has conflicts so it has been decided move to the earliest date possible even if there are some can't join.

Because of this, it gives a room for Andrew to join us. He's the former colleague of Ms Girlie and the son of the owner of the car we've rented. He became our instant driver. LOL!

We went to Nuvali then proceed to Tagaytay. It was so traffic that cost us more than 2 hours from Nuvali. Falling in the long line of people trying to get inside SkyRanch. Sat down and just feel the weather.

Someone revealed something but everybody seems not surprised. Was it expected or just need confirmation?

Watched Case 39 and Exam at Ms Girlie's place in Sta. Rosa. And the party continued at Shangri-La.

Christmas Get-Together 2014

We were celebrating our Christmas this year by having this gathering of people who's been there for quite sometime now. I missed these people. They were all busy with their different lives now but still for the occasion like this, they managed to insert it in their busy schedules. And its like, this is something I always look forward too coz its kinda tradition already, you know. Unfortunately the others had prior commitments. Sad :(

Of course, this gathering starts with a dinner at Icebergs-Robinsons Galleria. Then moved to Veranda but there were no available spaces for us, so we decided to moved to Greenfield District. Sweet catch-up moments, plans, smiles and the laughs. Hayz.. Last year, kinda serious a bit coz they talked a lot about business but this time, travel and adventure. Wow, can't wait for it. Hope I can join them. Cross fingers!

Meeting With Bonne After 2 Years

First and only meeting with Bonne for 2014 after 2 years of being away. I prefer loud talks and laughs or just being silent in Starbucks than in a KTV Bar but I can't deny the fact that I've enjoyed this night. Just loud music and singing along with them. Drinks and foods of course can add the fun. What I don't like this place was every hour, we were charge. The longer you stay, the bigger the bill you gets. For just 2 hours, we were charged of more than P2,700.00 but I think it was worth it coz we didn't pay a single cents coz the receipt were handed to Ms Girlie. LOL! Thanks Ms Girl and Bonne. I love you and miss you guys!

A Christmas and Year-end Gathering 2013

Since we (Ms Honey, Ms Girlie and I) arrived at Robinsons Galleria earlier than the others, we decided to have our dinner at Bonchon. I ordered Thigh Ricebox (1pc) with regular root-beer for PHP95. 

When the boys arrived, they've decided to transfer to Mang Inasal (Jay's choice). When we arrived at Mang Inasal, the place were so messy and dirty! The floor were very dirty and wet, the tables had dirty plates and so messy. Can't find a clean table anywhere in the area. It's like an abandoned but operating place. So we ask assistance to clean a table for us. There's an attendant who clean the table just for us but he never clean the messy tables next to us. OMG! Few minutes later, an old lady slipped. She called the attention of the store manager and demanded for an explanation of a dirty wet floors. Oh gosh, so disappointing place.

After dinner, we moved to starbucks for the usual business or should I say for a 'business meeting'. Hahaha.. Couple of days ago, this group talks a lot about business but for some reason, it slowdown. Then Robert, opened-up the topic for some discussions. Then never realized, all throughout the meeting talked about business. Nice!

A Productive Meeting!

Business Meeting (New Proposal)

Serious business daw to! Pagkatapos ng isang naudlot na business, sana ito tuloy tuloy na! 

Pero bago un, ikwento ko lang na first time kong makapasok dito. I think kami lahat (just guessing). Restaurant talaga ito pero dahil may nakita kaming drinks sa labas kya pumasok na din kami. Binigyan kami ng menu pero di namin nakita ung mga inumin na un kc pala nasa separate na menu na hindi binigay sa amin. Hmmmp

I ordered Sans Rival Frost for P130. Super sweet kya super like! Perfect!

Ilang buwan na din kaming di nagkita-kita as a group kya super sayang makita bawat isa. Ang kulit lang kc kami lang ang maingay sa loob. Ginawang tambayan lang kc. Wala naman kami ibang order kundi drinks lang tapos kwentuhan na este business meeting (daw) na.

Sa uwian, napagtawan pa ang TBA na yan. Hahaha kulit! Naliligaw!

Akala ko ako na ang pinakahuling dadating un pala, ako talaga. Toinks! Kc ung taong nag-set ng meeting na to ay hindi nakarating kc nakalimutan daw. Ayon tuloy biglang nagkasakit. Ay teka lang, baka naman totoong nagkasakit, bigyan naman natin ng benefit of the doubt. LOL!

Hindi pangkaraniwan ang araw na to dahil may ipapakilala si Edlen sa Grupo. At dahil doon kumpleto kami. Ito palang ang pangalawang pagkakataon na kumplero ang SMAFTS. A rare moment!

Introducing Geraldyn Mae Lee, not yet an official girlfriend of Edlen (kasi sa 27th pa daw). Ah, di naman halata sa pictures eh. Mukhang ka-kilala nga lang nila eh. Hahaha.. Hula ko, bago maging official na mag-on sila nagkapalit na sila ng mukha. PEACE! ♡

Naalala ko lang ang sinabi ni Jecelle kaninang umaga na nagulat sya kung bakit naka-polo si Edlen kc may date daw pala. Noong nakita ko nga, nagulat din ako. Mukhang pinaghandaan nga talaga ang araw na to. Nakz naman!

Nakaka-miss man ang ganitong pangyayari. Kaso di pwedeng magtagal ang karamihan kya nabitin ako sa pagkakataon. Parang ang dating tuloy every minute gusto mong i-treasure. Noong pagpaalam na sina Edlen kasama si Robert, umuwi na din kami. Shocks wala pa yatang isang oras kami magkasama.

Backtrack, si Leo naiinip ng maghintay sa amin sa SB dahil sa foodcourt ng Gateway kami nagkita-kita at kumain pa si Robert sa dala ni Ms Girl. Gusto ko pa din sana kumain kaso di na kami nakakain. Sabi pa nga ni Leo, nahihiya na daw sya sa mga nagtatanong ng upuan kc di nya binibigay dahil ni-reserve nya sa amin. Aw!

Birthday ni Bonne kya let's celebrate! Ay wala pala sya, sige tyo nalang. Hehehe.. Nagkita-kita kami sa Market! Market! at kumain sa Shakey's, treat ni Ms Girl. Kasama namin ang tatlong officemates ni Ms Girl na dalawang OM at si Bam at kasama din namin ang kapatid ni Bonne na si Lyn. Daming pagkain kya super busog. Dahil di na naubos, binalot nalang ung iba. Pagkatapos kumain, nauna na ung mga officemates ni Ms Girl umuwi. Mukhang OP ba sila or sadyang awkward lang ung situation kc sila formal at kami jologs. Hahaha. Pag-alis nila, kulitan lang at tawanan. Pati ung waiter nakipagkulitan sa amin. Haha kulit lang. Pero dahil pasara na sila, kya lipat venue, this time Starbucks.

Para mabati naman namin ang celebrant kya nag-open kami ng skype eh kaso ang dala kong laptop ay restricted at ang lahat na apps ay tinanggal ng IT namin. Ano ba yan! Kya ayon, end up downloading.. sana mag-work! Cross fingers! After 10 long years natapos din ang download. At nag-work naman. Hayzz.. Salamat at nakita din namin si Bonne mula sa malayong bayan na nasa labas ng Pilipinas. "Happy birthday, Bonne!" Eh sa kadahilanang ang bagal ng internet connection kya ilang minuto lang, minsan nga segundo lang napuputol na ang call. Bitin naman to masyado. Wala pang wifi. Pero ok lang kc sulit parin ang gabi dahil sa daming tawanan. Kahit na antok na si Rich, at si Jay busy sa game sa iPad ni Ms Girl masaya parin.

Lumalalim na ang gabi kya uwian na. Lakad papuntang sakayan ng jeep pero noong nakasakay na si Lyn, akala ko tuloy-tuloy na pero another round of tawanan pa. Kala ko nga di matatapos ang gabi eh. Sarap talaga, kc parang ayaw mong tapusin ang gabi dahil masaya lang. Parang walang inaalalang problema sa buhay.

Naman! Sa uulitin guys! Can't wait!

Volleyball competition nina Jay at Ms Honey. Panalo sina Jay pero talo sina Ms Honey. Di ako nakadalo kc tinatamad akong kumilos. Hayz, ilang weekends na din akong ganito. Kung hindi lang birthday ni Edlen di ako pupunta. Hahaha.

Pagdating sa bahay nina Edlen, kami lang pala talaga + 3 friends from Hush Puppies. Kain lang, kunting inom, kwentuhan, tawanan tapos uwian na. Di na kc umiinom si Jay kc nagbagong relihiyon na. Bawal na daw. Ok!

The unexpected gathering.. (the reunion?)

It all started from the invites between Ms Girlie and Rich to have coffee one day. Ms Girl opened-up the idea to the group and Edlen responded positively (partida pa, may sakit). Cool! As usual, Jay did not respond to the text message because got no load. Hahaha.

Original meeting place: Starbucks-Veranda (Robinsons Galleria). Last minute it was changed to Araneta, Cubao. What's new? Dito ata kami magaling, pabago-bago isip.

Dumiretso na ako sa Cubao, unfortunately super traffic. Ang kadahilanan ay ang bagong patakaran ng MMDA na bawal sa flyover ang mga bus dahil sa mga recent accidents sa EDSA. Ayon, buhol-buhol na traffic.

Pagdating ko sa Cubao di ko pa alam ang meeting place. nagtext ako kung saan sila i-meet. Ang sabi lang sa akin ay sa KFC daw sila. Am, wait lang ah, ilang KFC ba meron sa Cubao? Hayz.. Una kong pinuntahan sa Telus pero wala sila doon. Tumawag sila pero lowbat ako kya di ko na sinagot ng matagal, sabi ko text text nalang. Sa call may nabanggit na P. Tuazon kya tinanong ko nalang sa cashier kung paano papunta doon. Dahil medyo matagal ang text, lumakad na ako going P. Tuazon pero pagdating ko doon wala sila. Nagtext pala sila at ang sabi "dumeretso ka then pag may nakita kang stop light kaliwa. then deretso til you reach kfc". Linaw diba? Kya ang reply ko nalang "Wala kyo dito sa P. Tuazon, right?" saka pa sinabi sa akin na nasa Shopwise sila. Ayon oh, un lang sana ang hinintay kong direction. Ano ba yan.

Nakarating din sa wakas, naabutan ko pa si Ma'am Honey. Pero umalis lang din agad kc may ibang lakad. 

Kya tumuloy na kami sa Starbucks. Order coffee, chikahan at tawanan all night. Hanggang sa nagutom ulit kc pala super late na kc 1:00am  na pala. Naghahanap kami ng lugawan. Pero nag decide na mag-Chowking congee nalang. Pagdating sa Chowking, puno sa tao dahil concert pala ni Sarah Geronimo sa Araneta kya madaming tao ang kumakain. Lumipat nalang kami sa Aurora Blvd. Chowking parin. Umorder na ako ng chowfan kc wala pa akong hapunan, pero wala pala silang congee. Malas naman. Pero tuloy nalang kc naka-order na. 

Kain, chikka, tawa. hayz.. Nakauwi kami 3am na. Galing! Hahahaha..

May problema ka ba? Hehehe

Nagsimula ang lahat sa tanong "May alam ba kayong gamot para sa sakit sa ulo dala ng problema… sana pwedeng i-flush na lang noh?!" ayon nauwi sa ayaan sa Bottoms Up (Bar in Cainta) hanggang sa nagkasundo nalang sa Padi's Point Starmall.

At syemre bago makarating doon, ay kainan muna. Sa KFC kami naghapunan, picture picture, asaran at higit sa lahat tawanan.

Ang saya-saya namin dahil sa sobrang kulitan. Iba talaga kung may mga makukulit na kasama. Haha

Proceed na sa Padi's. Order, inom, taas kamay at sumigaw ka. Mang-agaw ng Mike sa DJ. Hahahaha

Lasing na kya sayawan na! Party! Party! Like, like, like!

Ito ang gathering ng SMAFTS to celebrate the Year-End together. Ang saya-saya namin dahil magkakasama na naman kami ulit after our Christmas Celebration. Hindi nga lang kami kumpleto kc may mga kanya-kanyang lakad ang iba. Hayzzz.. May bago ba don? Well, as expected. Pero tuloy parin dahil ang buhay ay parang Quiapo, madaming snatcher. Am, may connect ba? Wala lang, may maisulat lang. Hahahaha

 

Fisrt time naming makainum ng bagong Tanduay Ice. Hahahaha..

Breakfast at 11:20am - Hotdog ang Cornbeef with Hot Chocolate and Coffee

Lunch at 3pm - Tilapia at Hipon + Mayamaya from Jay's relative neighbor

Pagkatapos kina Jay nagkayayaan na ngayon na panoorin ang Segunda Mano (ano kya mga nakain neto). Tapos nag-agree ang lahat kya ayon, tuloy agad sa Megamall.
